D-LAF53-25 by CDGM is a preferred optical glass with a medium melt frequency. It transmits from 0.29 to 2.40 µm with an nd of 1.7421 and a Vd of 49.246024. It has low thermal expansion (CTE of 5.6×10⁻⁶/K), excellent chemical resistance, high relative cost, and precision molding compatibility.
